Terms
Terms of Use & Sale
These terms explain the rules for using the Vue Solutions website and the terms that apply when you buy a digital learning product from us. Please read them before making a purchase.
If a product page, checkout page or order confirmation contains product-specific terms — for example an access period or a refund guarantee — those product-specific terms form part of your contract with us. If there is a conflict, the more specific term presented for that product at the time of purchase will apply.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about, access or purchase Vue Solutions products and services. You must not misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation.
In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or another person’s account or access link.
- Introduce malware or deliberately disrupt, overload or damage the website or services connected to it.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract substantial amounts of website or course content in a way that infringes our rights or places an unreasonable burden on the service.
- Use the website or our materials for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or infringing purposes.
3. Website information and educational content
We take reasonable care in preparing Vue Solutions content. However, website articles, briefings, courses, templates, audio, transcripts and other learning materials are provided for general educational and professional-development purposes. They are not legal advice, regulatory advice, financial advice or a substitute for advice tailored to your organisation and circumstances.
AI, technology and regulation can change quickly. We may update course or website content where appropriate, but you should verify current legal, regulatory or technical requirements from authoritative sources or suitably qualified advisers before relying on them for a decision that requires formal assurance.
Examples and scenarios are used to support learning. Unless we expressly say otherwise, they should not be treated as a statement that the same approach is suitable for every organisation.
Using the website or buying a learning product does not by itself create a consultancy, legal-adviser, fiduciary or other professional-client relationship with Vue Solutions.
4. Our intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Vue Solutions owns or licenses the copyright and other intellectual-property rights in this website and in our learning content, including audio, transcripts, written materials, graphics, frameworks, templates, downloads and branding.
You may view the public website and may download or print material where we make that functionality available, subject to these terms. Buying a learning product gives you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You must not copy, republish, resell, redistribute, broadcast, upload to a shared repository, make publicly available or create a competing product from our course or website content except where we have expressly permitted it in writing or the law allows it.
5. Free resources
Where we make a briefing, quick-reference guide, transcript, image or other resource available free of charge, you may use it for your own professional learning and reasonable internal reference. You may not resell it, remove ownership notices, publish it as your own work or distribute it as part of another paid product or service.
If you want colleagues to receive a free resource, please share the relevant Vue Solutions page or signup link rather than republishing the resource unless we have expressly said that redistribution is permitted.
6. Buying a digital learning product
The product page and checkout will describe the main features of the learning product, the price, what is included and any product-specific access or refund terms. Please check those details before ordering.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or otherwise have the legal capacity and authority needed to enter into the purchase. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to the purchase.
Your order is accepted when we or our checkout provider confirm the purchase. At that point a contract is formed between you and Vue Solutions for the product described in the order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud or misuse, or another legitimate reason that prevents us from supplying the product. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be dealt with as shown at checkout and in accordance with applicable law.
We expect purchases for the initial launch to be processed through Thinkific, with Stripe used as the payment processor. Payment-card information is handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored in full by Vue Solutions.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information so that we can process the order and provide access.
8. Digital access and third-party delivery platforms
Paid learning products may be delivered through third-party platforms. For the initial Executive Foundations product, we expect Thinkific to provide purchaser and learner access and Hello Audio to provide the private podcast feed.
You may need to create or use an account, email address, private link or other access method provided through those services. Their own platform terms and privacy information may also apply to your use of their systems.
The access period is the period stated on the product page, checkout or order confirmation when you purchase. We do not promise perpetual or lifetime access unless we expressly say so as part of the product offer.
You must keep account credentials and private podcast or download links reasonably secure and must not share them with people who are not licensed to access the product.
9. Your licence to use paid learning materials
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase gives the named learner a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the learning product for their own professional development and internal business use.
A single-user purchase does not permit you to share course audio, private podcast feeds, transcripts, workbooks or other paid materials with colleagues, clients or other people. If an organisation wants access for more than one learner, the appropriate team, group or additional-user licence must be purchased where available.
Where a Vue Solutions product includes a template, worksheet or action tool specifically designed to be adapted, the licensed learner may copy, complete and adapt that template for genuine internal use within their own organisation. This permission does not extend to reselling the template, publishing it externally, using it to build a competing commercial product, or distributing the underlying course materials.
10. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If you are a consumer buying online, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Digital content can be supplied during the usual cancellation period if you expressly ask for immediate supply and acknowledge, where the law requires it, that your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. The checkout process should make this clear where it applies.
Your statutory rights also apply if digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet the standards required by law. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies can include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
If the sales page or checkout offers a specific money-back promise or other refund guarantee, that promise applies in addition to your statutory rights and the conditions shown with that guarantee form part of your purchase.
Outside your statutory rights and any specific refund guarantee offered with the product, we are not obliged to provide a refund simply because you decide not to use or complete a digital learning product after access has been supplied. We may nevertheless choose to resolve individual situations reasonably at our discretion.
11. Product availability, updates and changes
We aim to make purchased learning products available as described and to use reasonable care in providing access. Online services can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet failures, security issues or outages affecting third-party platforms.
If a material access problem is within our control, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide a reasonable alternative. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any rights you have under law.
We may update learning content to correct errors, improve the experience, respond to changes in technology or regulation, or move delivery to a different platform. We will not deliberately make a material reduction to a purchased product without a reasonable basis or, where appropriate, an alternative way to access substantially equivalent content.
12. No guarantee of a particular outcome
Our learning products are designed to improve understanding, judgement and practical application. Results still depend on your circumstances, decisions, organisation, implementation and other factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee a particular commercial, regulatory, organisational or performance outcome from using a Vue Solutions product.
13. Suspension or withdrawal of access
We may suspend or withdraw access to a paid product where we reasonably believe there has been serious misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud, infringement of our intellectual-property rights or another material breach of these terms.
Where appropriate, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before withdrawing access. We may act immediately where needed to protect security, other users, our rights or the integrity of the service.
14. Third-party websites and services
The website and learning products may contain links to third-party websites, tools or services. A link does not mean that Vue Solutions controls or endorses everything on that third-party service.
Third parties are responsible for their own services, terms and privacy practices. This includes platforms used for course delivery, payments or private podcast access. Nothing in this section removes responsibility that Vue Solutions has to you under our own contract or applicable law.
15. Our liability
If you are a consumer
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
If you are buying in the course of a business
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or business data arising from the website or a digital learning product.
Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of a particular paid learning product will not exceed the total amount paid to Vue Solutions for that product.
16. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use personal information, including information processed through Loops, Thinkific, Stripe, Hello Audio and other service providers. Our Cookie Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on vuesolutions.co.uk.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our website, products, delivery arrangements or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
The terms that applied when you bought a product continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law, is clearly beneficial to you, or we agree the change with you. Product updates made under section 11 do not by themselves change the commercial terms of your purchase.
18. Governing law and disputes
We hope to resolve any problem directly and ask that you contact us first if something has gone wrong.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections given to you by the law applicable where you live, and nothing in these terms removes any right you may have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
If you are buying in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or a purchase covered by them.
19. General terms
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
Only you and Vue Solutions have rights under the contract created by these terms unless the law says otherwise or we expressly agree something different in writing.
